Welcome to AR Typing! These Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as "TOS") govern your use of the AR Typing web portal (hereafter referred to as "the Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you (hereafter referred to as "you" or "user") agree to abide by these TOS. If you disagree with any part of these TOS, please refrain from using the Portal.

AR Typing is intended for individuals seeking to improve their typing skills for various examinations. By using the Portal, you affirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, please obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the Portal.

c. Account Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your account. In the event of any unauthorized use or security breach, you must notify us immediately.
User Conduct
a. Prohibited Activities: While using the Portal, you agree not to engage in any illegal, harmful, offensive, or disruptive activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its servers. Interfering with the proper functioning of the Portal. Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization.
b. Respectful Interaction: Users must conduct themselves in a respectful manner while interacting with other users or Portal administrators.
Intellectual Property
a. Ownership: AR Typing retains all rights, title, and interest in the Portal, including its content, software, and intellectual property.
b. Limited License: By using the Portal, AR Typing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal for personal, non-commercial purposes.
c. Content Usage: Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any content from the Portal without explicit permission from AR Typing.
Disclaimers
a. Typing Accuracy: AR Typing strives to provide accurate typing exercises and content. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the exercises or content provided.
b. Third-Party Content: The Portal may contain links to third-party websites or services. AR Typing does not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.
c. Technical Issues: AR Typing is not responsible for any technical issues that may occur while using the Portal, including but not limited to system outages, server errors, or connectivity problems.
Limitation of Liability
AR Typing and its administrators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the Portal, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or delays in content.
Modifications to TOS

Termination

Governing Law
These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these TOS shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of India.
